Our inquiry topic this term is looking at ways we can reduce the amount of waste at DPS even though we sort our waste into three catergories already. We have three bins a Green for paper that can be recycled, a red bucket for non recyclable waste eg Chippie packets yoghurt contains, muslie bar wrappers etc and a white bucket for food waste that feeds our worm farms and contributes to the compost bin that feeds the gardens.Look at the amount of non recyclable waste each clss has to dispose of each day!
