This week for Art we made beautiful Mothers Day card for Mums, Step Mums, Grandmas and Aunties.We wrote a description of our person and wrote it inside the card.
Next we used a template to draw around on a colourful magazine picture. Then we cut the shape out and folded the paper shapes in a fan fold from the pointed end. After that we tied a shiny gold ribbon around it and carefully stretched out the fold and curled the antenae. We had created a beautiful butterfly.
Lastly we glued the butterfly onto the card. We were delighted with the result and hope the chosen people enjoyed them.
